The Digital Kit is a project of the Government of Spain, financed with European NEXT Generation funds and within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The main objective is to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available in the Spanish business fabric to improve the levels of competitiveness and productivity of the Spanish economy. Several reports point out that the low level of digitalization of Spanish SMEs is one of the main obstacles to the country's economic potential.
The amount of the subsidy depends on the number of employees of the applicant company, with 3 segments being established:
Segment I. Small companies between 10 less than 50 employees up to 12,000 euros.
Segment II. Small or Micro enterprises between 3 and less than 10 employees up to 6,000 euros.
Segment III. Small or Micro companies with between 0 and less than 3 employees up to 2 ,000 euros.
The terms and conditions of the Kit Digital program were published in the BOE on Thursday, December 30, 2021. The registration period for digitalizing agents is expected to open in mid-January 2022 and the first grants can be applied for in February 2022.
The Digital Kit Help is requested at Acelera Pyme and Red.es.
The Digital Kit can be used by companies with up to 49 employees, in any of the 3 segments of the grant bases:
Segment I. Small companies with 10 to less than 50 employees
Segment II. Small or micro enterprises with 3 to less than 10 employees.
Segment III. Small or Micro enterprises with between 0 and less than 3 employees.
According to the technical specifications of the Digital Kit program, we consider the following Odoo applications eligible for the grant:
Odoo Web: Up to 2000€.
Odoo e-commerce: Up to 2000€.
Odoo Dashboard and MIS Reporting: Up to 4.000€.
Odoo Documents: Up to 12.000€.
Odoo Social Media: Up to 2.500€
Odoo CRM: Up to 4.000€
Odoo Projects and Odoo ERP: Up to 6.000€
Odoo Invoicing and Odoo Accounting: Up to 1.000€
